Yes, to be the boss doesn't make it easier. For example, if an industry is desired, many parents will help with amounts that will hardly be enough to clear the site! Now these guys have to begin running around, calling friends, visiting banks, liaising, having sleepless nights, meetings - with frustrations, fears, discouragements etc. They sometimes seek foreign partners and you know that they don't use taxi to get to them. There are two options - take someone's job or spend sleepless nights for years just to stay in charge of their lives.
You see, i get surprised at the ignorance the servants exhibit about the activities of their masters. When they are sleeping, snoring away, their masters are busy thinking. Their masters miss meals; they eat five times in a day. But do you know the difference? In time, the masters have the control always. The servants loose it more and more. The masters hire the servants. The servants face being fired always. That's what makes the difference. Where then is the peace of mind? With the masters in the long fun.
You see, thinking made all the difference. It didn't make it easier. The masters work like mad you know. The servants work less, and it doesn't matter if they work like mad too, they end up slaving more and more. If this is true, why did the servants take that positon in the first? Did you say circumstances? Ok then, why are they keeping it? If it takes the same length of time to be in charge as it takes to be in slavery, who is telling us that we need that servant position in the first place? Look opportunities abound all over the world around us. Observe that in every aspect of life, some smart people are creating jobs and owning them while others get those jobs and come to be owned. Getting a job isn't wrong, but creating one is the ultimate. I am uncomfortable that millions of people think of nothing else than to take other peoples' jobs usually because they are unaware of the traps! How many people are aware of the traps? Do you? Just hours away, we will meet in the next post.

ALWAYS BE THE BOSS
'Hope you enjoyed the last post. We were talking about legacies. For those whose legacy is to do their own thing and work for themselves, the option of working for others is unacceptable. For sure, you know those guys are just not thinking of that option. It's their tradition. Even though they know of job openings, they would rather send notes across to people's tables to help others who want the job while they walk away. This consistent approach towards getting peoples' jobs reveals that these guys are thinking differently. What are they possibly thinking about? They always have to be the boss!
So they prefer to form their companies and do their own thing. From the experience of the wealthy, they know of nothing else than to be in charge. They are creating companies and/or doing contracts. They have to employ others. It doesn't matter how hard they have to work. I guess you are thinking those guys work less because their parents are wealthy. Very wrong! If you have any of them around you, just ask them:How much does it take to get a company off the ground? These guys dream big. Their problem is not about taking care of basic needs. Their passion is about being in charge of their lives. So ,they are never satisfied with whatever support they get from their parents and friends. They are grateful though, but for what they are thinking about, nothing you give to them is enough. They want their own!
Yep! So far so good.' guess you are thinking what next. See you hours away guys.

THINKING MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
Employment like every other thing we do, results from our thoughts. For example, some people think that one has to work for others from year to year to make ends meet. Others wonder at thousands of other people who are not working for people and yet are comfortable. So they ask: must one work for others before the ends can meet? Others reason: if one can work for someone, can't he work for himself? One thing is sure. What people practice results from what they think. Honestly, we can't do better than our thoughts. WE ARE EXACTLY WHERE WE ARE BECAUSE OF HOW FAR AND HOW WELL WE THINK!
Alright, give thought to this situation. Why is it very difficult to see the children of wealthy and and powerful owners of organizations working in other people's companies or for governments? Legacy. Like their parents, they just aren't thinking along that line. They did not have to consider that. How is it ever possible for them to do what they haven't ever thought about? To them , it's below their status and possibly humiliating. To those who think of working for others, whose parents work for others, who inherit working for others as thier legacy, what else will they wind up doing than to work for others and teach their generations to come to do same! This blog will develop series of issues about employment and provide foolproof strategies to motivate every reader to be forever employed - doesn't matter how things are right now, ever! It's a rescue mission. The global economic crises will never be able to change the truths that this blog will impart. See you hours away soon.
